A project to the develop full feasibility to build and operate a residential mix-use high rise of 40+ floors in Dubai, UAE.
The feasibility of the project was conducted by one of our partners who had an advisory role, responsible for assessment and evaluation, whereas Selah had the responsibility to handle and manage design aspects, schedule management, cost and contract advisory.
Achievement: Client Satisfaction and engagement in further projects.
