Description:A prestigious dental center located in south Texas, United States. Initiated in November of 2013 with an approximate area of 200 m2.
Under the terms of the agreement with the Client, Selah was responsible for the full feasibility study, design management, and the full construction management scope on behalf of the Client. In addition, Selah was tasked with completing the project to include advisory on equipment and the full business set up include all purchasing to hand over a fully operational state-of-the-art Center.
The initial client timeline was set out to be about 10 months until completion, in which Selah’s Team managed to finish in just under 8 months – from charter work, into the full design to final execution and including a 2 month period of business operation set up.
We take pride in this unique project due to the high level of involvement and the fact that it was our first solely performed project.
Achievement: The project was completed in May 2014 - 2.5 months ahead of schedule. And an astonishing budget-saving totaling to about 25%.
