Work initiated in May 2014 & started off as contract management & advisory task with technical checks. However, soon after gaining the Client’s confidence with proved outperformed deliverables, the engagement developed into a full project and construction management contract including design, execution, and purchasing advisory.
Achievement: The project was completed on time and on budget.
