A Design-Build Industrial Project aims to turn an existing warehouse into modular construction units. The warehouse is 10,000 m2 and was built in 1944 in New York, USA. Adjustments and uplifts to the existing unit starting from design management concluding into final fit for use. The project was completed in 5 months while keeping around 100+ modular construction workers active in their facility to meet production requirements.

Achievement: An overall saving of 15% on budget.
