Office and training facility, Saudi Arabia
Description:A newly constructed office and training facility for a multinational entity in the eastern region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
A staged approach; adding 3,500 m2 offices and training zones well as complete refurbishment and adjustments to the existing 1,500 m2 office zone. The refurbishment addressed adjustment to the main master plan in addition to other services coming to the existing location.
Achievement: Facility remained operational throughout the project without interruptions.
