Industrial Service Facility, Saudi Arabia
Description:Phase 1
Located within an existing 12,000 m2 facility in Dammam, KSA. Phase 1 of the project consisted of 1,200 m2 expansion to the industrial section along with the refurbishment of 5,000 m2 of the existing facility. including upgrades to all internal services, while keeping the facility fully operational. performed between 2017and 2018.
Phase 2
Addition of 5000 m2 of industrial space and a complete make over to the entire master plan of the site – approximately 75000 m2 site area redesigned to allow efficient allocation of buildings and faster circulation routes including the addition of 300 parking spaces while preserving ease of access for future expansion. Performed between 2018 and 2020.
Achievement: Project Completed successfully without any interruptions to operations.
